Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want every Oliven piece to feel right for you. If it doesn’t, we’re here to help with care.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 24- 48 hours of delivery.

No cancellations after the product has been shipped.

Returns are accepted only after review and approval.

As our jewellery is delicate and maintained under hygiene standards, returns cannot be accepted after delivery for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or product dislike.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only (no refunds).

Store credit can be used to choose another product or upgrade by paying the dierence.

If a lower-value product is chosen, the remaining balance will stay as store credit and will not be refunded.

2. Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 24- 48 hours of delivery.

Eligible cases include:

  • Damaged product (must be reported within 24 hours with proof).
  • Incorrect item received.
  • Size or t concerns.
  • Colour or design received dierently than expected.

Some sale or promotional items may not be eligible.

All exchange requests are subject to availability and approval.

3. Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping can be arranged by you, or through us (courier charges will apply).

If the issue is from our side (wrong or damaged item), shipping will be covered by us.

4. Unboxing

We recommend recording a clear, continuous video while opening your package.

This helps us support you quickly in cases of damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

5. Condition of Items

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • Returned in original packaging.

Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
